Hey Ms. Norris, did you instruct at LEX by chance?

/back to your regularly scheduled waiting-for-Mesaba-ruling thread...

"You have reached the voicemail box of the Honarble Gregory F. Kishel, and today is Monday, October 23rd. I will not be in the office today, but will instead be submitting all my decisions via my Blackberry that my friend Paul got me. If you do not receive the information today, most likely I forgot about it, or am taking another week or so to "look into it". Please take this oppurtunity to work with your debtors to reach a consensual solution. That'd be greeeaaaat, and help me to not have to really make a decision that some dude at the appellate level will second guess anyway, because I whooped his arse in raquetball last week."

Maybe He and Foley are on their 4th or 5th double scotches over at the club, and he lost track of the time.

Yes hotels are much more fun to discuss-when at MQT I think of all the crazy shenanigans that when on there during the military days, but never sleep good because I am sure there is a serial killer in the other bedroom. The Base still beats dodging deer on the way to the Model Town Inn, which also far exceeds the Red Fox on the creepy scale.

Muscle Shoals rocks

LaFayette is okay if you can keep from getting into fisticufts with the ASA crews.

BRD was the best MSP overnight ever until - well you know...

Ottawa rocked! 20 bucks got ya fat and drunk.

AZO is great but your still so stuffed in the morning from last nights buffett that you can't pig out on the breakfast buffett.

Wow, this is just way out of line, but I'll try to address your concerns.

No, the 9e mec still has not passed a resolution that they will not fly struck work. And, no, a press release saying they won't fly struck work does not suffice.

This is the first I've heard from anyone at XJ that you guys want a formal resolution. We sent out the Press Release on the first day of the BOD last week, and we thought that would make our intentions pretty clear. I guess not. I'll be in contact with the rest of the MEC to discuss this tonight.

The 9e mec chair was called out at the alpa board of directors meeting in Vegas last week.
A pretty lame excuse for an alpa mec. They were too busy partying to get it done, I suppose they actually want to see us strike or fold, and then take over our struck work.

Out of line, my friend. This MEC supports your pilot group 110%. Wake, nor anyone else on this MEC, have been "called out." Captain Wychor is fully aware that this MEC's position is that PCL will not fly any struck work, and we reserve the right to carry out any legal action is support of XJ. That has all been released in press releases. Nothing should surprise you on this. As for this "partying" in Vegas that you speak of, I wish we would have had the time for that. We barely even left the hotel. This picture you have in your mind about the BOD being a non-stop party is completely off the reservation.

It's all about "ME" anyway, isn't it? After all, I did sell myself and my profession out by PFT at Gulfstream, et al. So I can call myself an "airline pilot".

This is how you expect to encourage unity between our pilot groups? I think you need a lesson in diplomacy.

The MSA mec is very pissed about this, and does not need this distraction now....

Your information is incorrect. The PCL MEC keeps in constant contact with the MSA MEC. They are fully aware of our intentions to support you in your fight. (Note: One of the MSA reps gave a proxy to a member of the PCL MEC since the MSA reps couldn't attent the BOD last week. Would you give your proxy to someone that you think is trying to stab you in the back? I think not.)

No, no, no. Of course not.
