According to the article, looks like the best thing a pilot can do is have those landing lights on below 10,000 ft.

I pick up extra cash on the side by using the Radar to sterilize rampers that don't want to go through a vasectomy. I only charge 5 bucks. Make about 50 a day. It pays for my JD on overnights, but that is another story.
