Why do we press harder on a remote control when we know the batteries are flat?


Why do banks charge a fee on "insufficient funds" when they know there is not enough?

Why does someone believe you when you say there are four billion stars, but check when you say the paint is wet?

I could be wrong, but it's Sunday and I'm bored half outta my skull......which is why I'm here...with too much free time....posting crap for other folk.....with too much free time...
 
Maybe you can help me out with this one...its from my physics class (what I attended of it) and one of the things you mentioned above (speed of darkness).

If your mass increases as you approach the speed of light, why doesn't light have mass/weight?
