A hypothetical question.
Say you had a "medical incident" over 5 years ago. There was no medical record of this and it wasn't something that would show up on any test. This incident had never manifested itself since and didn't predispose you to another incident. While the incident was something that the FAA might take an interest in reviewing, they would just end up having you checked out before OKing you. Since the incident had no lasting effect, you will check out fine.
Would you report this for your medical?
