No they don't. Just handle it.
The answer is to cycle between high and regular- recirc fans on and off. In maybe 5 min intervals
With the recirc fan off, the supply gets much colder than it does with recircs on, but less airflow. So you get the supply cold in high- then get recircs on blowing that cold air at the better volume until supply warms too much and repeat
