I agree that with the fairly new contract, World seems pretty good. Is there any proctection there for loss of aircraft over the next couple of years? How about from the transfering of World passanger contracts to North American? My only fear is the relationship between World and North American. It just seems like something that a managment could use as a wedge in the future.
 
What is the avg. monthly credit hours and are junior FO's flying at all, or mostly relief FOs?

If you are junior expect 65-70 hours. Many "open flyers" spend the month at home collecting guarantee (65hrs.)

The IRO is determined by seniority (the senior guy gets an extra $2.50/hr.) In reality the 2 FO's take turns doing RO duties on a trip. Landings are worked out so that everyone avoids going to the sim.

Pretty good layovers. The Lufthansa cargo run from JFK has log downtown layovers in NYC, Brussels, and Cologne.
