work for Spirit or not?

Looking to get OUT of my current job. Give Spirit a go or run as fast as you can away?

If you have an interview then I would go and see what you think.

If you don't have an interview then this is a wasted post because I know lots of people with internal recs and lots of flight time that can't get an interview.
 
If you can't make up your mind, please don't. Stay where ever you are to clear your head and then proceed. You may even be able to claim your $200. :) The worst decisions are made when you feel you need to.
 
go for it, but don't burn any bridges on the way out. Aviation is a very small world
 
Short of SWA there isn't a single airline that will give back to you what you put in therefore you take a job and use it for what it's worth.
 
Does anyone know if the contract says you get the 72 hour guarantee or flat training pay until IOE?

D. Training Pay
1. New Hire Training Pay
During initial new hire training and prior to release to the line, the pilot
shall receive a monthly salary of $1,000 and monthly expenses of $750
prorated on a daily basis for a partial month. If, “through no fault of his
own,” a pilot does not finish initial new hire training or is not released to
the line within 90 days of his date of hire, he will be paid in accordance
with the provisions of Section 4.A and per diem as per Section 5.B. The
term “through no fault of the pilot’s own” shall not include actions by the
pilots such as: “No showing” for training events, “failures” that elongate
the process, additional training above the normal curricula, etc.
