I have a lot of respect foor RAH. They have taken a lot of heat in the past for not being good enough, and now they're coast to coast with jets and two major airline acquisitions. Guess who will be the big dog this time next year?

Yeah consistency is nice. So is pointing out the obvious.

Yeah, UAL will cancel the contract with RAH just like they did when RAH flew for F9 a few years ago. Oh wait, that didn't happen either. Shuttle America and Chautauqua fly for UAL not Republic. One list, four (soon to be seven) different airlines.
Sheesh... why cant you guys keep this stuff straight? :p

Actually a bit of a difference. A few years back, RAH flew "for" F9. They didn't have their own airline to directly compete against UAL on their hometurf.

There is the difference..."Tweeter" now why don't you go back on "Twitter" where you belong.

Yep- and once QOL and pay get good enough, some other crappy operation will undercut them and the will all get furloughed.

One thing about this industry-It is crappy... When things start to look less crappy, you had better hold onto your butt, because there is some snotnose little kid from ERAU out there ready and willing to take your job for the priviledge of flying for 1/3 your pay. (Mommy and daddy will make sure Jr. doesn't have to go on food stamps.)

-There is no limit to how low pilots will set the bar.

Quote from an airline analyst:

Airline financial analysts such as Vaughn Cordle of AirlineForecasts LLC expect a brutal war of attrition in Denver. Republic-controlled Frontier is unlikely to win unless Republic replaces some of Frontier's Airbus aircraft with its own regional jets flown by pilots making substantially less than what Frontier pilots are paid.

He estimates that Frontier's pilots cost the carrier $170 an hour in wages and benefits, compared with $99 an hour for Republic's regional jet pilots; Southwest's pilots cost $290 an hour, he estimates.

DISGUSTING. Republic pilots should be ashamed, but these snot-nosed turkeys don't realize they're destroying their very futures.

What a stupid post.
