Two six day trips...plenty of rest and still pays 80 hours plus rigs, per diem, Crew rest on the plane, crew meals, good destinations. Late show on first day, early release on last day.

I hope that's your schedule. I'd be pissed if someone posted my schedule on the internet. At least delete the line and rotation numbers.

Nice line though.

Clearly the codes are internal codes. If I worked there, I'd know what I was reading. I can see the calendar...see the work days....but ....

Enjoy the trip anyway...

Hey, I have an idea! let's have everybody on this forum post their buddy's schedule!

Seriously, who gives a rat's hairy ass? Spend 25 years (Capt) or 15 years+ (FO) at any international airline and this will be your schedule.

Not rocket science.

MWs only been here more like 8 or 9

Aren't the only 6 day trips on the 765 (Delta speak for 767-400) the DKR/JNB trips?

Yes, and it has an 0820 return from Dakar. I have talked to people who have done that trip and some like it, some do not. Dakar really isn't that great of a city, but there are safari tours at both Dakar and Joberg, with Joberg's being at Krueger National Park, at about $60 (US dollars). The people of Joberg are apparently nice, and the hotels are nice at both cities.

I haven't done that trip or Lagos (I am on the ER), and don't plan to. I prefer Europe and Rio.

Bye Bye--General Lee

I didn't understand a single thing on that schedule, except maybe the days of the month. Don't blow a gasket, privacy guys.

As for me, I'd rather do turns, but I understand the allure of the commutable trip. We have a six-day 777 trip at AA DFW that goes DFW-GATWICK-RDU-GATWICK-DFW that always goes junior, or becomes a choice vacation-bidding line, and it felt to me like I was away from home forever. You needed more than one bag to survive the trip.

We have several 9 or 10 day trips this month on the 767ER that go like this --ATL--LGW--CVG--LGW--JFK--LGW--ATL, some with 50 hour layovers in CVG. We also do that with FRA and CDG. They can be worth 56-58 hours, with one to CDG being worth 62 hours. If you live in CVG, that would be a good deal. A lot of CVG guys do that, because even on the 6 day trips there is usually a stop in CVG, since CVG does not have a 767ER category. There aren't that many of those high time trips though, and they either go senior or very junior.

Then again, we also have one day trips or turns, 2 day trips, etc....

what company pays you six figures with no trips, at all?

still looking for that one

who gives a rats ass about being in Rio or Rome for that matter.

I want to be HOME

a 10 day trip worth 56 hours... is that a good trip? Keep me away from home for THAT long- and it better be my whole month not 2/3's- either way- i'm w/ the homebody crowd- Give me my own bed over a hotel in ANY fantastic place.

If I'm working 10 days, it had better credit 70 or higher. 5.6 hrs/day is a joke. It's a travesty when you're sleeping in hotels on top of that.

You guys keep bidding that 7ER, 765, and 777 and the glory. I don't commute so I'll take the m88a you all complain about. I've seen 6 nights in a hotel since May as an 88B.
