There isn't much left on the table for the senior folks, and they realize this....

The 700 isn't going to get much of a raise....

The longevity isn't being increased even though CHQ has a 20 year rate....

There is no more vacation for the senior folks...

The senior folks have the most to lose and the junior folks, or the short timers are trying to speak for them.... not going to work....

Well Joey...since we are already one of the highest paid in the industry (not counting Horizon) on the 700, you are right. There won't be much of a payraise for them....however, add profit sharing, trip/duty rigs and a better 401 match along with a min day...huh, what do you know, it works out to be a pretty good raise for ALL! Oh I know, because that is what our reps are trying to get done, you don't want to give them any credit. Typical! Crawl back into your hole!
