Comair does have a website. www.comair.com. Then go to Human Resources and it will give you the fax number and the mins for pilots. They are hiring 400-500 pilots this year. I just went for an interview and they said they had stacks and stacks of resumes. I would send it in ASAP.
AirTran has hired approximately 100 since 9/11 and will hire 300+ in 2002. Right now, it seems to almost require an employee referral. 121 PIC time is what they want most, although a few jet 135 PIC's get hired (I was the only one in my class w/out 121 time).

If you don't meet the competitiove mins for the above, you may want to check out the directory at http://raa.org you will find a large list of 121 and 135 operators, with fleet info, contact info, fax numbers, etc.
