Where to stay in Waikiki

Ok guys and gals...

Planning a "quickie" trip to Hawaii. How about some recommendations where to stay in Waikiki. Inexpensive, but not cheap...don't want to have to worry about dirty sheets!

Ideas, suggestions & thoughts welcome.

Outtrigger is definately the place to stay....they give airline rates, and if you get bumped from your flight there is no penalty for a cancellation. It will cost no more than 100 bucks per night. Also Ohana Hotels are good. Here are some #'s:

check out the Park Shore ....great location, cheap rates at a "Holiday Inn" style hotel right across the street from the beach. I got an ocean view room for $99 a night two weeks ago...plus there is a Starbucks downstairs. Only down side was $18/day for valet parking

Hyatt is the best - always stay there. Barbara and Sean at the pool bar are great!
