"bout 395 mile to the west, little burb called SBA!
 
Ditto the BUY NOTHING comment. Prices have soared 30-40 % since the crash. If there is a another crash coming, why buy hi, rent, wait for 2-5 years, confirm it's OK then worst case BUY what you are renting.
