The salary is based on the standard 4 day on / 3 day off schedule. The 5th day would be paid as a daily rate in addition to the base salary i.e. 2 days of additional pay within a biweekly pay period.
The Pilot annual base pay scale is: Day 1 thru 6 months: $27,000; 6months thru 12 months: $33,000; 12months thru 24 months: $ 36,000; 24 months thru 36 months: $40,000; 36 months thru 48 months; $42,500; 48months thru 60 months: $45,000; after 60 months: annual cost of living increase. In addition SATSair my apply COLAs to help offset the increased expenses for pilots based in areas more expensive than Greenville, SC. SATSair, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
After you have done the SEARCH,read ALL the posts, take a week or two and decide if this is what you want!!!!!!Any SATSAIR information would be great.

If have anything to say about g-force,please address them to the Trashman.Line guys rule!who are the "quite a few employers'.... that don't think...yada yada yada
did you do any research? keep in mind that general statements full of this kind of BS is laughable. when Regional airlines are hiring guys with Cessna 172 time and 500 hours, what kind of crap is this you spout?
who are these dang employers you refer to man, For goodness sake, tell me
there have been some posts here about lack of known ice capability, but that wasnt too much of an issue this winter.
The next time one of these "AirCab" wonders blows into the pattern and believes he has priority because he is a "Commercial" operator the $hit will hit the fan, again. These kids havn't flown a plane for a living besides CFI and believe they have made the big time. We can work together or make life miserable. Thats life, and I hope these idiots come to realize the foolishness of there actions before they kill someone. Time will tell, watch the newspapers.
What exactly do you want? An unlimited supply of free koolaid?
It's ashame the "High Time Experienced " pilots at "AirCab" didn't learn anything gaining the High Time and experience. If I have a issue one more time with these boneheads I'll call the Feds, and on top of that will not sell any fuel to the idiots. Keep a eye on the news. A smoking hole will be the outcome of being in a hurry all the time. If the CP dosn't realize the problem, the DOM will, when the cracked cyl. expense is repeated day after day. I suggest you do a log book audit upon every pilot there. That would be a good place to start.
Any word on the part time pilots?
Hey Climbhappy- If you desire too start the insults, fine fire away. You would better off fixing the problem of reckless operation and save someone's life. That is what needs to be done.
Yet you choose not to respond to an offer to put you in touch with the CP to discuss your concerns...
The company phone number is on the website at www.satsair.com . If you call during normal business hours and ask forhte CP you will get a chance to voice your safety concerns. SATSair tries very hard (and succeeds) to run a safe operation, so if you have genuinely witnessed unsafe ops I'm sure they would welcome a chance to fix the problems. Otherwise you are just coming across as another of hte increasing number of raving loons on this site.
Lucky no one was run over or killed by the Chute Rocket or Prop. I guess they will add a a chapter to the SATSAIR GOM "Pull Chute when Taxing too fast" procedure. Which one of those fellows is you, Taxi-um ClimbHappy?
