How are things at Executive Airshares? I see that it has added Phenom 300s to the mix of Phenom 100s and King Airs. I have also seen that they have added a base in New York (vs. Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas/Missouri). I realize it is very much a regional fractional operator. I like the revamped website:

Some questions:

1. Are the Beechjets gone by now? Do Phenom pilots fly both the 100 and the 300?
2. According to website it looks like they are hiring into DFW area and Buffalo - what aircraft types would they likely offer at these locations?
3. Are pilots still typed in both the King Airs and the Phenoms?
4. What about improvement in schedules - are pilot schedules still difficult with stretched flight crews and very few days off as they were a few months ago?
5. Any estimate on first-year pay for newhires? What about first-year Capt pay and how long on average to upgrade on the Phenoms?
6. Ultimately, better place to be vs. 6-12 months ago or still not advisable to apply?

Thanks for any updates. Nice to see the Phenom 300s on the property. PMs also welcome.
