What's a good website

I would have my web designer build a quick website that would allow pilots to post low time jobs that they know of. The site would be free for viewers and for those of us who would list the low time jobs. The only real cost is the monthly hosting. I would of course accept donations to pay for the hosting. What does everybody think??? Are there any other ideas you would like to see?

I think that would be a nice thing to do but I don't know what the employers would do. be easier to add a section on the forums here for that. On a very odd note someone i sent a resume too called and said if I like the job I could have it. Don't know what all comes with it though.
