Flightcrew, sorry to hear about your misfortune. Please don't take this the wrong way, but you need an attorney.

There could be issues with work comp, since the injury happened during training. May be some question as to your employment status.

Since you are taking anti depressants, your medical certificate is probably not valid. There may be an avenue for you if you have loss of medical insurance.

Again, sorry to hear about this terrible turn of events. Contact an attorney. And I would seriously consider deleting this thread.

ALPA has an aeromedical department that can help with issues like this.

Do you work for an ALPA carrier?
