None... oh wait that wasn't a choice... OK if those were the only 4 in existance I'd take a Seneca 5. (ok I'd take any Seneca except the 1)
 
Twin commanche

170 knots on 17 gph
two 172 engines (cheap to maintain)
factory rustproofing all parts were coated before assembly very little corrosion problems
pretty cheap to buy
look really good
 
Beech Travel Air...

...probably the quietest choice. 15 gph at 155 knots, good TBO's, fewer recurrent inspections than the Twin Comanche.

Yeah, the Beech parts cost a few extra bucks, but overall, the airplane is put together very well and it shows. One of the other downsides is, the cowls are a pain in the ass to remove. Avoid the first fuel injection system models like the plague. The carb models and later fuel-injected were great.
 
what for?

is the goal to build time? if not look at the bellanca viking. similiar performance, for less cost...
