I'm hoping we're at the end of that "sucking" part!

Are you the type of guy who can be neck-deep in pig******************** and say something like "what wonderful, pure pig******************** this is!"

No, I'm the type of guy that recognizes a cyclical economy. And as in all cycles, you have booms and busts. We're in the tail end of the economy shrinking. There's still a little more to go, but things will get better, always have in the past, why should now be any different?

Pessimists are usually wrong in this industry. Still it's better to abandon all hope.

So what's going to happen now at Mesaba with Delta taking away 10 of the 15 promised 900's?
Are you guys looking to furlough, displace or are you guys going to be ok? Did they already hire all the people for the 5 CRJ 900's?

I have to agree with a previous post.... promised? Nothing is promised at any flying job, those planes are not Mesabas, they are Deltas to do with as they please.

The only thing worth getting worked up about is that that company doesn't have its own employees operate it's property.....
