I'm not bashing IBT 1108 but, the "I love Flexjet because yada yada yada" is starting to show its ugly head on the blue belly. There are more people at Flex that are willing to accept things the way they are just as long as they have a job. Seen this before, sad song second verse.I used to be one of those too. Now after more than 5 years it is starting to wear on me. I'm however, going to give Gross the opportunity to make this a job worth keeping union free. If it's a bs announcement, I will send my card in, vote yes, then send my resume to Netjets.
Don't get your hopes up just because people are looking at the 1108 site, it's just information.
