What arer they telling you?

This question has come up a lot rececently. Since the line pilots are the last to know we are all wondering.

When you go for an interview at NJA what are the following people telling you about the contract, and the company? Also what are they telling you in regards to where you have to live?

Mcdermond and derinda- What are they saying?
The interview team (pilots)- What are they saying about the contract?
What is the sim eval like?
