I am looking for the gouge on West Coast Charters out of Orange County (SNA). Pay, schedule, interview process, sim profile, safety etc.

PM Nopax for info, he's a buddy of mine that works there. Seems like a pretty good place and lots of aircraft. 28k per year to start in the right seat, really low for CA.
