I don't know...I base my airplane at F70, but I fly for a 135 op at BUR...

There are no boonies in SoCal. It's too big.

Lots of homes in the 500K range in Temecula and Murieta.

You can still find homes in Socal for 250-300K but who wants to live in Hemet.
