Guardian Air is KMR.
 
KMR is the charter certificate. Guardian Air is the FBO...but they also sell the charters for KMR. Guardian Air has operational control over all the charters.

ATW is a small operator out of Murrieta California. They have a Premier 1 and a Lear 55 plus a Westwind II. I understand they are getting a couple of new jets in the next year. There web addy is ATWjets
