I got popped by the po-po 12 years ago while I was a college freshman on campus. I learned my lesson, for the last 12 years I made certain that my buddies drove instead of me.

If you drink, at one time or another you have probably driven when your not supposed too, however if your lucky you never get caught.

Today however, they will throw the book at you even for your first violation. 6 months no license, communnity service etc.

Your comment brought up a question..... Are driking tickets that you recieved for underage drinking in college stick to your "record" like DUIs? In college I know of several aviation majors who recieved drinking tickets for either underage, buying for underage, other alcohol related charges.....

Well I just ran my criminal background check through 2 major databases both national and state, nothing showed. So, who the hell knows. If in doubt, run yourself through and be honest about what shows up.
