Things will never change. Go anywhere, just don't stay there. It's better on the other side.

I left TSA in 1998. My carreer was OK, then GREAT! now it's just OK again, BUT, it's still better than TSA. I still have better outlook on life than I did at TSA.

I don't know this for sure, but I bet that any fractional is better than TSA.

Go!

Run!

Don't look back!

This is another thing to think about. Many times, depending upon the personality of the person involved, when a big mistake or misjudgement is done certain people have a tendency to lash out at others shifting the blame, or attempting to shift the blame for their shortcomings and failures elsewhere.

Just something to think about.....

ATTCS is your post directed to any situation or people or just an observation.
you have been at tsa a long time and I respect your opinions.

It is an observation. Whether or not it applies in this current situation at Trans States I really don't know.

It's going to be hilarious when flights continue to be cancelled due to staffing issues, even after the August 8th furloughs have been cancelled. I just hope everyone that was furloughed still has another job lined up.

I would imagine they do have jobs lined up. They have known about this for long enough. After all, the company waited until they finished training and IOE. This tells another outfit that they are trainable. Gotta thank Trans States for that.

Even if they don't have a job lined up right now do you think they would come back after being furloughed?

I wonder if the GoJet folks are watching, and learning.....
