Lets look at how a pressurization system works. It isn't recycled air. Air comes in from the HP bleed air and goes out through the outflow valve. New air comes in, old air goes out. Most of the larger aircraft has the air coming out of the vents in the ceiling and being exhausted through the floor. I would say that actually helps reduce the propagation of any germs or viruses by virtue of the airflow sucking it down through the floor. The smaller aircraft has a very fast exchange rate where the larger ones swap out the old air around 7 times an hour.Do you guys think he is the only person to think or say this? To me this is common sense. If a virus is running around getting people sick stay away from the places it is transmitted the easiest. Aircraft have a lot of people in a confined space breathing recycled air.
