I have a friend who is interviewing there very soon. I would be extremely grateful if anyone who works there could PM me about the company and/or interview process.

Thanks in advance!!!

Why does everyone always say they have a friend who is "insert"? Why don't you just say, I have a interview with this dump can anyone give me pointers?

Don't do it. you are undercutting your peers and screwing yourself in the long run. You may hope to jump from that crap-@ss pay as soon as you can, but by that time, you will have helped to further erode the wages you are trying to attain.

DON'T BE ONE OF THOSE GUYS.

Captkrunch,

Back to the original purpose for your post. Aviationinterviews.com has a couple of reports that are spot on. The process is very laid back. This is my fifth airline and it is the best group of people I have ever worked with. Good luck to your friend.

Hopefully your friend will find jke406's comments the most "productive."

Just a guess, but these guys at VA and SBus, would probably rather fly for UAL or DAL, but because they are of the wrong color or gender, or they sat in the wrong chair during the UAL/DAL interview, they got turned down and now have an axe to grind.

I can't speak for other VA pilots so I won't make blanket statements concerning others. I have never had an app in with United or Delta. They were not my bag. I have no ax to grind.

I can say for a fact that I would not leave VA if UAL, Delta, NWA, USair or Continental called tomorrow and gave me a class date. Like I said, not my bag.

Hilarious !

I know UAL, DAL and NWA guys who quit their respective legacies to go to VA. Wake up and smell the coffee
