They're going to have a tough road unless the leadership has actually LEARNED from their mistakes and LEARNED from the success of SWA and jetBlue. Additionally, if they can figure out a way to link their LCC domestic feed with Virgin's international route structure, they'll be just fine.
Two big IF's and a relatively big gamble unless you're already unemployed and have nothing better going anyway.
