FARNBOROUGH: Virgin America signs MoU for up to 60 A320s

Virgin America has signed a memorandum of understanding for up to 60 Airbus A320s.
Its agreement, disclosed at the Farnborough Air Show, covers 40 firm and 20 optioned jets.
The aircraft would be delivered from 2013, says the carrier.
No engine selection has been given.

Who thinks that?? Certainly not anyone I work with, we are pretty excited about their achievement..... although it seems many of the Spirit pilots on this board are not.

This is just like pulling up another auto add on your cell phone while the salesman is trying to get you to buy the one your standing in front of.

JB is pissed at airbus for not dropping the price on the 320's, so they're "looking" at alternatives.

Airbus has offered to finance some of them, but VX has said they do not expect it will be needed.
