The condition of AWA isn't the issue - usair would have had an ugly sen. integration with anybody.

I applaud Delta Airlines for fighting Parker's hostile takeover attempt. They saved themselves a lot of misery with the possibility of being associated with us air.
 
The fabled 20-year F/O's we keep hearing about today got that way because usair imploded.

All the arguments over how the list should be constructed have been heard already. Both groups agreed to a process and that the process would be final and binding. Time to live up to your committments. What was it that Sully said about integrity? Something about doing the right thing even when it's inconvenient. The right thing to do is implement the Nicolau award.
 
Fear not. Judge wake is crafting a remedy that should be out in mid-June or so. There are still some other court processes in the near future that pertain to this issue.
 
His clerks are doing research for him. Remedy expected by the end of june. Who gives a crap if he's on vacation?
