Uh.... Yeah we want to bet. We already did, and it cost us nothing, we got a huge pay raise, and you guys are buying $675 ties trying to persuade a judge to renege on the new agreement you ratified. It didn't work. It won't work. The house always wins, but don't let me stop you. Keep forking the money over. It's a sure bet!!

The MOU modifies portions of the TA. It does not supersede it. That is why judge silver ruled the way she did. The MOU is not a CBA.

Now I have a question for you. What do you think will happen when we do have a JCBA? I will give you a hint. There are three legs on a stool.
