Fractional pilots?? What the heck are you talking about. Greed is the true enemy here not the individual who was suckered into something by people trying to increase their profits. Again, trying to avoid the main topic by throwing the word pilot into this. Pilots without jobs are just like everyone else who is jobless in aviation, unemployed, nothing more.

Maintenance is not crappy at USA JET, its just not done as often any more because they extended their inspection times, nothing more.
