There is photo of the F/O with what looks like severe burns on his face. It was really smoke ashes, it basically washed off. I saw him Wednesday, his face had no signs of burns, nor did any of his exposed skin. We are hoping for his speedy recovery and I told his father he has a job waiting for him when he is ready to come back.

Very classy. I think we all appreciate that.

Lonnie 'headed west' today in his native southwestern Ohio. The USA Jet family demonstrated great class and compassion as the company flew in 50+(?) crew members, staff etc to celebrate his life with Lonnie's wife, children and friends. Lonnie's last flight was aboard a Piper J-3 Cub.

Rest in peace brother, was that a Stewart Flying Service J-3?

What usajet did today to honor Lonnie was priceless. The support and respect Usajet has shown Lonnie's family is not written in any ethics or PR class at Harvard Business School. Rest in Peace my friend Lonnie.
