I asked about them a while back. Just wanted to see if anyone had some current info on them. I know the are based in HPN, and I believe someone said they were replacing the challengers, with Falcons.

I'd appreciate anything else you guy's could give me.

When you say they closed today, do you mean the deal..............or the company?

RAI is the symbol for RJR and UST is for Smokeless, maybe you can provide a link to the purchase.

UST has 2- Falcon 2000's @ HPN, they are replacing the CL601's

Bump.

Still looking for some info.

RJR will NOT be buying UST. It's just speculated every year by some idiots at UBS and other places. RJR could NOT afford too, that and UST just increased their dividend another 3%. It's one of the best dividends in the country. It's too bad you didn't buy it up when it was at $14/share in 2001-2002.

The Falcons have been delivered, they've been in their hangar at HPN for at least the last couple of weeks. I haven't seen either Challenger for probably a month now. Have likely been sold before the 2000's were delivered.
