We are closing in on 4 years now. There is no hoped-for army of lurkers only empty bandwidth to hear your plea. The Nic is not ratifiable.

Prove it! If USAPA put out a contract with $185 an hour and the NIC would it get voted down? No one knows for sure, lets find out!

How about 185$ and the DOH list. I think that SLI proposal would pass for sure. Let's find out. I think the other proposal does not sit well with the majority.

THe company does not care what "the majority" thinks. They hold a million dollar plus arbitrated seniority list in their hands. They will get sued in a flash if they go along with your little plan and they know it.

Now practice that Cactus callsign and saying the words "Declaratory Judgement".

USAPA has only done one thing in almost three years, delay the Nic. from being put in place. The latest spin from former CAL pilot Ray that the list fight is over just keeps the former AAA pilots from the truth and in the dark as they were in the arbitration process. Seek the truth, not the spin, it is out there or you are just a clueless leming.

Carl, I think you mean a hiding gopher.

Nic is dead. Dead dead dead! A more practical solution is going to iron out the problems the west had and move this thing forward for betterment of all USAirways pilots.
People can have their opinion, but this internal union dispute is settled with Date of Hire. Next!

Right. And the company didn't sue for declaratory judgment fearing another injunction barring Usapa's wet-dream list either.

Keep clicking those heals together repeating your mantra and maybe your dream will come true. But probably not.

At some point, do enough of the East pilots retire that there are more Westies and this crap finally gets resolved? Because obviously the status quo will not yield a solution.

The only resolution will come when enough west pilots decide to organize a movement to oust USAPA by coming to east bases and showing they have a legitimate plan for dissatisfied east pilots to support. They can't do it by arguing on a handful of message boards to the same handful of keyboard cowboys.

If the west pilots think they can win anything of value in the courts, they are sadly mistaken. Nothing will replace shoe leather and building coalitions with east pilots. It cannot successfully be done at a distance, but it can be done.

USAPA can be replaced, but it will take work, not words.
