Our Loa93 pay restoration will be ruled on shortly, USAPA believes the east pilots have a very strong chance of winning which will put our pay Above Deltas. Also, if the airline is sold the pay is restored to pre BK levels- again higher than Deltas. Either way it will be a good year for east pilots.

May you be blessed with everything that you so richly deserve.

Good luck with the ruling!! Hopefully that includes the FO pay scale, because currently is to die for!!!!

May the East pilots be on the receiving end of the Karma they spread so blissfully.

Usapa does have a fail proof strategy. If they lose the arbitration they will just rename the union and say that the arbitration decision does not apply!

There is no explicit "snap back" provision. The arbitration decision hinges on whether a "snap back" was implied in contract language which specifies that the concessionary rates have an expiration date of December 09. The actual legaleze is not something I am qualified to discuss, but to me the "implied" snap back is there, but perhaps not legally enforceable.
