US Airways / Frontier /United Jumpseat

Just looking for info about jumpseating on US Airways, Frontier, United and their affiliates. Are they all CASS approved, how many will they take, can you show up at their gates or do you have to visit the ticket counter? I've been fortunate that I haven't had to commute in several years and I'm completely out of the jumpseat loop.

I have to get from DEN to ABQ or ELP. Any input would be appreciated!

ALL are CASS and just show up at the gate. Unlimited jumpseats on all 3 carriers mentioned.....sry to hear about you getting back into the commuting game....
