I don't understand why these major airlines, that need all these people, cannot get their job offers to make sense.

For example, I have about 5000 ME jet, but I don't qualify for USAir...because they want "Minimum Qualifications
- 1500 hours of combined turboprop and turbojet flight time"
I have 0 turboprop hours, so I am not qualified, according to the person(s) that wrote this ad... it says I need both jet AND turboprop flight time.

USAir, please hire a Technical Writer...

It makes perfect sense. Make sure to tell them at the interview what idiots you think they are.

Is it ok to withdrawal the app then re-submit it?

I was told on another forum if you withdraw you cannot resubmit.

What if you begin answering the questions and you loose connectivity or just "close out"? Are you able to log back in and continue answering the questions from where you left off?

I don't know if you'll have to re-enter or not. But, I think as long as you don't hit the submit button, you can save and return. It's gone for good once you hit the Submit button.

Is USAIR that airline that no one wanted to go too that in 10 years will be awesome? It seems unlikely now but you never know.

I was kind of thinking the same thing. Years ago southwest, ups and FedEx were junk jobs that nobody wanted. Now look!

If you screw up you can close out the browser and start over again.

No, from what I understand you will be locked out. If there are any issues with your app you can clarify it in the interview.

I appreciate the fact that they have their own application processing site. Airline apps sucks. Pay to apply is ridiculous.
