Anyone remember the story about the LGA local controller who got caught peeing in the coffee a few years back?


And I think I've seen that PVD video in every recurrent/upgrade class I've ever been to.

I've heard that the Tower controller at PVD got severely reprimanded and got some time off.

Heard it second or third hand, but it wouldn't surprise me -- ignoring the UAL crew admitting that they were lost, then clearing US Air for takeoff!? I gasped the first time I heard that part of the tape.
