28-50% pension increase retro to date of hire that is fully funded within 2 years.
3% 401k match starting 2011.
3% raise every 18 months, then another 3% final year of contract.
Gained a new trainer position with $2 p/hr override.
$2 million lifetime cap on same health insurance, but went up $7 a month.
Better Lead scope language.
Better safety & work rules in general.
Premiums & overrides stayed the same but are now paid 1.5x or 2x for overtime and paid out in bonuses, ect.
3% signing bonus.
Joint meaning & intent with contract.

After the signatures go on it I will hopefully have an electronic version to email out along with the meaning & intent.

You guys get a pension? That's sweet! I thought those went out with manual typewriters.

Big Brown seems a good gig. Again, not the typical experience of 99% of the DX profession.

That's cause they actually make money and share Randall. How's the SADA contract coming along?

How would he know? He is out of the little desert and into the big desert!

Saw your boy, Warren in the pro-bowl last week...nice little trip to Hawaii...Looked better there then the Superbowl! Just kidding!

So where you at now?

W#13, I wouldn't know as HJD said, I have been living and working in the GMT+4 time zone for the last 6 months. Click on the linky in my sig and you will be enlightened.

Also some SADA puke canceled my access to their website. Geez, you would think I would get Emeritus Status or something after 10 years of service. Like I am going to tell M X 2 anything!

Warner done good, I am a Finchfan and the game's ending was painful.

Now go have a nice steaming bowl of oatmeal and you will feel better!

Splenda......MMMMMMM!!!!!

Geez, another hijack. Oh well.

Haha. Hey Randall, hijacks are necessary by the very nature of the dispatch profession. I mean there's only so much you can say right? Unlike the pilot threads where my airline is better than yours and you are a scab who can't fly a model airplane. I was joking about SADA. I remember one time I got a $.24 raise after intense negotiations and Powerpoint presentations as to why our continually growing workload deserved professional compensation. :smash:

Splenda? RS that stuff was sick you lied to me that it tasted just like sugar. Maybe if I put some into my steaming bowl of oatmeal it will kill the smell and taste of gloppy horse feed in the morning.

I know you're in the Chosen Land Randall, I heard some religious dudes were fired so now you can take off your head dress!! Ya Warner played well..except for one disguised blitz that he fell for hook, line, and sinker. If not for that throw the Cards woulda beat Pitt how's that for hell freezing over? If he doesn't come back I predict it's 2 steps back for AZ.

Homerj, if this is the desert I'm at, it's one cold desert. A toast to high quality thread hijacks!!

Warner...i meant pulltoguns was in the big desert....

Where you at now? Heard JB wouldnt let you bunk up with him over at VA so you moved on....

Inquiring minds want to know!

We need Deets dammit!!!!

We got played quite badly there. I am sure the People Department had a laugh about that. A dog-and-pony show where the outcome was already determined beforehand. Why bother?

A $.24 raise before taxes? YGTBSM! We was robbed! That's like $6 a week after taxes. Hello ramen noodles, the Official Food of the dispatch profession! I am sure glad we are appreciated.

Oh, I got my eyes on a beautiful used Maserati convertible. They are going for a dime-a-dozen now. Very popular with the Pakistani crowd. Italian Yugos, as they are known over here. Chicks dig 'em, but only when they are moving. Bring jumper cables and condoms just in case.
