I bet you that by next summer we are over 3000 pilots (@2750 now). Also, the 727 may be a 3 man airplane, but the new widebodies are 3 man as well (pilot, CP, relief pilot). We are growing. Brown may not be stating the hiring numbers until the contract is done, but it doesn't take an MBA to figure it out. BBB posted some numbers and with the announcement HR recently made that should mean 350 new hires in the next 12 months. I expect another large a/c order announcement this summer. CEO Eskew did state that the #1 priority in 2006 was growth.
