Go ahead. BTW, UPS mechanics are the highest paid in the industry, unlike the UPS pilots.

Define underpaid please.

Well lets just say that as a fifth year F/O, If I don't get at LEAST a 40% pay raise then I will be voting NO on any contract T/A regardless of the other language in it.

The payscale that I am looking at says a 5th year F/O makes $106,008
Is this incorrect?

Wow!
I really feel sorry for you. I bet you have a hard time only making $94,575

When you finally grow up and raise a family and plan on college for them, you will find out that $94,000 really isn't a whole lot of money. And to save you the time in asking, we don't live an extravagant lifestyle or have a bunch of debt, the only thing we owe on is the mortgage.

Making $94,575, and you only owe on a mortgage? My God, you are in financial distress. Bless your little fu***** heart. Guess you had better tell those rugrats to study their asses off so they can recieve scholarships, or better yet, let em pay for it on their own like many of us did.
