FWIW ... read a few weeks ago (think it was the Dispatch, might have been elsewhere) that UPS has again delayed the hand over till END of Dec '06 ... a full year later than the contract REQUIRES. UPS has publicly agreed this flying is contractually IPA's. It's in the grievance process and the NMB has been informed.
