Why people continue to get spooled up over this 2005 UPS hire who has flamed these boards for 5+ years under various names is beyond me...

With the amount of open time and JA that has occurred, as indicated by the IPA, isn't there a status-quo issue when a union encourages and/or endorses its members to stop the practice?

I thought one of the unions got thumped on this issue a few years ago.

The IPA has a contractual right in their CBA to legally call for a JA/OT ban in the event of an announced or actual furlough.

Instructordude..."support" is a two way street...a company is a team, when the team craps on it's own players, and breaks the rules in the process, expecting support for their own wrongdoings is a bit much right?
If I am disturbed during my required rest, then the clock resets..and this is a regulation...aren't we supposed to follow those??

What's the latest UPS guys? Have charges been filed?
