Upgrade programs

Was wondering how upgrade training varies at each Major. HAve friends at all the majors and it seems like the upgrade training programs are being shortened with home study CD's and other programs. Could somebody post the length (number of sims etc) required at their airline? THanks

SWA for new hires is approximately 5.5 to 6 weeks from start to completion of IOE for most folks.

CA upgrade is approximately 1 month from start to completion of UOE. The only home study is a review document that is "highly recommended" to be filled out before arriving to training. There is no homestudy for CA upgrade training that I'm aware of at this time.
