Unruly Delta crowds at JFK today

This whole ordeal was primarily around the Haiti flight. I have a good friend that works for AA at JFK, and he said it's very routine for situations like this to arise on just a regular flight to Haiti... something like 8 out of 10 flights require the police to come to the gate.

Apparently it just comes with the territory.... then add in the weather and just a crappy airport operation as it is, and TADA!
