727paa.........I'm thoroughly aware of what's going on over there.
You had another fllying job while out on furlough from Pan Am.It may not have been any good but.. You're the one who chose to come back to Pan Am. Now this is the situation you're in. It's a dog eat dog world and you're the milk bone. Thank managment for that one

The problem is that managment is working on the divide and conquer scheme. They piss off the PAA pilots...who perhaps wrongly take some of their anger out on the BMA pilots, who in turn get mad enough that they'll want to cross a picket line just to get back at us.

727paa. Let it go!!!!This is suck a crock of sh?t that you're spooling up!!.

Well,

Glad to see managment has finally showed up on this board. Since you feel you know who I am and what I am about. Why not say who you are? I have said right from the start that I am a PAA pilot. The only guy I can find who actually works at BMA is CrustyTWA and so I have respect for his opinions and hope that we can fly together at Pan Am someday.

Since no one else seems to work there....stop defending something that you can't.

I am not stirring anything. In fact I am trying to keep calmer heads about some of the folks here at Pan Am that want to blame the BMA pilots right now. What I really hope for is that the J31 and CASA guys don't get lumped together with anyone that crosses a line after October 31.

You are right and this is place is a pile of feces. I think perhaps that with the pilots that are at BMA's help that we can stop the outsourcing of our jobs.

Ut oh...

I don't know what is going on, but, all 727 flights after Oct 31st have been cancelled including the ones flown by BMA(PAA Clipper Connection). Reservations says they will refund any tickets.

Wow..that was fast.

Geez,

Almost managment fast. If you read closer the judge said he couldn't rule until mangment's appeal to the first circuit court of appeals was heard. How is that a loss? Doesn't mean anything is over. I am guessing you are not really a pilot if you are against work rules and quality of life.

Hey why dont' you post a link of where you got your info so that everyone can read what is going on. Because the only people that new about your "news" when you posted it was Management and ALPA national. It wasn't on the court website yet. BUSTED

727PAA,

If I were you I would focus my attention on getting a new job instead of shouting at the Rain, pinning your hopes on a lawsuit doomed to fail, calling pilots at another certificated airline flying your old routes scabs and in general making yourself look like an idiot. From someone who has been laid off as well, I can tell you that US Airways is getting ready to dump 2000 plus highly qualified pilots on the street as well as up to 1000 at AA. All will be looking for jobs if not allready.

Don't be caught standing without a chair when the music stops.

Just some friendly advice

Did I say someone was a SCAB??

Maybe I missed something,but, I don't think I have said that yet.

My question is why is that every time I present facts to you folks, I get no real answers. It is just like the managment replys to the court orders. They never answer the questions, they just try to attack the people asking the question.

I am very capable of getting another job, don't worry I won't be out of work long. I may take a little while to hang around at the airports and drink coffee with the guys.

So, Mega. Tell me how it is okay for the Jetstream guys to have Dominicans flying their airplanes for less pay? When do you think BMA management will have enough Dominican nationals (with US work rights) that will work for half your pay? I guess it will be okay then.

How about this: The company hires the pilots for PAWA (Dominican operation). You train them on the 727, and they take your job for half pay. Oh, by the way your fired and before you go we want the money you owe us for your training contract.

I hope it doesn't come to this, and I hope the BMA guys(I'd say you, but you don't work there) get to work with us under US Labor laws and a Collective Bargaining agreement.

Megacrap, I didn’t know you were a career counselor. Thanks for the heads up to 727 and the PAA pilots. I’d love to give you the legal heads up on what’s coming your way but I’m not authorized to do so. It sure makes me smile though!

I wonder what those 3000 pilots would think about a SCAB like you? Probably not much.

GA

OK, I'll say it one time then I'm gone,

To be a scab, you must cross a picket line. There is no such line and never will be at PAA.

You guys are shutting the doors after losing over 2 mil per month for over 2 years.

PAA a scumbag airline? You said it not me. I allways thought it was cool Pan AM was still flying and cheered for you guys from my cockpit.

I come from a MAJOR AIRLINE and have asked many of my co-workers what they think of the situation. They think you guys pissed off the boss and are unionism gone bad. Staple your owner?

Go Around, keep the insults coming...............

The pilots didn't lose 2 mil a month in poor MGMT. All the pilots did was their jobs. If you are so informed then you must understand that MGMT decided to forgo negotiating with the pilots. As far as I understand ALPA went To MGMT twice to help the airline and were turned away. Instead of marketing and negotiating they spent Millions on creating an ALTER EGO airline (second self) to escape their obligations because they thought they could. Now the jackasses have shamed themselves and you in failure.

I too thought it was cool too that the PAA name was making a come back but to date they have tarnished the name by their actions. Man I don't know who you are but we have lived this for six years and your defending a group that will screw you in a second. It's not only the pilots that these folks have harmed... It goes all the way to the dust man. I don't give a **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED** at this point, I already have another job, but thanks to the pilot record act I will in the future know who you guys are. If not for people like you, Megacrap we wouldn't be posting on boards like this, Thanks Megacrap for the debates. See ya.

Mega,

You still haven't replied to my questions. Why do you think it is okay that you have pilots that don't work for BMA, flying BMA aircraft for lower wages? I am sure that you don't care that the J31 guys are losing upgrade opportunities because your managment outsourced the Captains positoin to an overseas worker.

Dude!! Once again.. Let it go. You think you can speak for the j31 guys but you don't have an F!?king clue. What I've ,once again, quoted from your thread is absolute bullsh?t. This isn't happening. No one is losing upgrade opportunities by them. So... get off of the Hate Bus at the next stop and go post threads on a different message board where they might believe YOUR kool aid.

I'm Done.
