Back to class fischman. Pilots, is indeed plural. The correct way to denote plural possesive is pilots'. Your example, pilot's, would imply the GPA only has one member. Could that be you?

Why is the only cure to things is to bring in a union? Every company in the frac industry has its downfalls, union or not. At CitationShares, we have more positives going for us than negatives, this WITHOUT a union. How about the unfortunate people at FLOPS, the union sure screwed them with their induction.
