I like pilotshirts.com too. There shirts are a little heavier (more cotton I think), and there tapered shirts fit better (for me anyway). Also, they seem to hold up a little better on a multi-day trip.

They are heavier due to the weave of the fabric, but they have the same amount of cotton as those offered by Joe Clarr. The difference is in the weave - Joe Claar's shirts are broadcloth and more comfortable (less chaffing) than the oxford shirts you describe. If you plan to wear a shirt more than 3 days in a row (phew), go with the oxford. However, you will feel the difference.
